Michelle manages the Centre's administrative team, oversees a multidisciplinary research team, and supports the Director in running the research centre.

Before joining the Centre, Michelle managed the Oxford Future of Marketing Initiative, at the Saïd Business School, and has previous experience working in Higher Education in several Universities.
