Senior Research Facilitator & Dissemination Lead (PANDAI), Oxford Population Health, University of Oxford, is a full-time (part-time considered), Grade 8 fixed-term 3-year role based in Headington, Oxford. The post will lead dissemination, exploitation and policymaking activities for PANDAI, a major European Commission Horizon-funded project developing a European Pandemics AI Observatory. Working across a complex international consortium, the successful candidate will shape and deliver the project’s communication and engagement strategy, manage stakeholder relationships with organisations such as the WHO and national Ministries of Health, oversee budgets, produce policy briefs and training materials, manage digital content, and coordinate partners to maximise impact. Applicants should be degree educated with substantial experience of strategic leadership, stakeholder engagement, budget management, and delivering successful dissemination strategies.
