Collaborate with LCDS Researchers
LCDS welcomes enquiries about collaborative research opportunities and funding bids that connect with our thematic research areas. We are happy to hear from researchers and institutions who are developing new ideas, exploring potential partnerships, or looking to connect with relevant expertise at the Centre.
If you have an idea for a potential collaboration, please contact the relevant Principal Investigator directly or email lcds.research@demography.ox.ac.uk with a brief outline of the opportunity, proposed partnership and deadline.
Visit the Leverhulme Centre for Demographic Science
LCDS welcomes interest from researchers and visiting academics whose work connects with our thematic research areas.
Visits may be arranged through formal exchange routes, University visitor schemes or a visitor’s own external funding. All visits are subject to academic fit, space availability, Centre approval and completion of the relevant University processes.
LCDS and OPR Princeton Exchange
LCDS and Princeton University’s Office of Population Research support exchange opportunities for eligible faculty members.
The visiting faculty initiative supports collaborative research, intellectual exchange and participation in Centre activities, including seminars, workshops and other academic events.
Oxford and LCDS researchers interested in visiting OPR Princeton should contact lcds.research@demography.ox.ac.uk.
Princeton OPR students and staff interested in visiting LCDS should contact the Office of the Dean of the Graduate School at Princeton in the first instance, in line with Princeton’s internal nomination and approval process.
Short-term research visits
The University of Oxford welcomes applications from academics employed at overseas universities for visits of between one month and one year. These include Visiting Scholars who are research-active academic staff at other institutions. Details of which can be found here.
Researchers with their own funding are also welcome to contact LCDS about potential short-term visits throughout the year.
