Aashish Gupta

Marie Sklodowska-Curie Fellow

Aashish Gupta is a demographer and a sociologist. He earned his PhD from the University of Pennsylvania, and MA (in Development Studies) from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras. His research uses demographic and field methods to examine interrelations between health, environment, and inequality in developing countries. Aashish is interested in improving the measurement of demographic outcomes in low- and middle-income countries.
